At PACEPUTT™ we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, you have the right to return it under the following conditions:

1. Your Right to Cancel and Return

Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have another 14 days to return the item once you've informed us of your decision to cancel.

2. Condition of the Item

Items should be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, where applicable. If the product is not returned in its original condition, a deduction may be made from your refund.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@paceputt.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

This product is a pre-main production unit and is subject to potential design or component changes in the final production version. While it functions equivalently to the anticipated production units, please be aware that minor differences may exist. Q: I’m a high handicapper, is this suited to me?

This product is aimed at all levels of golfer. High handicappers can lose lots of shots on the greens. By using the PACEPUTT™ before your round and getting the feel for the pace of the day it will help to reduce three-Putts which in turn reduces scores and Handicaps.

Q: I’m a professional player, is this just some gimmick like other things on the market?

This is not a Gimmick the PACEPUTT™ has been tested with Professionals and amateurs alike a both levels of golfer have seen significant improvement on the greens.

Q:Will this fit into any golf hole?

The main body has been designed to fit in a standard golf hole where the cup is 20 mm below the surface. It should be noted that sometimes the greenkeepers don't make the cups on the practise greens to the correct standard we have tried to accommodate for this.

Q: Can I use this on a putting mat?

PACEPUTT™ is not for use on indoor putting mats.

Q: Would I use this before I go out and play?

Yes, most definitely by using the PACEPUTT™ before teeing off you already have an advantage on the first green by knowing the pace of the day whilst your partners may take two to three holes to get a feeling of the greens.

Q: How will this work if I play on greens with differing speeds?

PACEPUTT™ is perfect for players that travel from course to course with differing green speeds. Using the PACEPUTT™ before your round you will make the adjustments required on the practise green rather than on the first green on the course where each putt matters.

Q: How hard is this to actually set up?

PACEPUTT™ has been designed to be easy to set up and only takes seconds to start using on the green.

Q: How quickly will this make me better at putting?

The feedback when practising with the PACEPUTT™ has shown that improvements to start line pace and stroke are instant. Just getting past the hole rather than leaving short or in the jaws will reduce your scores straight away.
