At PACEPUTT™ we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, you have the right to return it under the following conditions:

1. Your Right to Cancel and Return

Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then have another 14 days to return the item once you've informed us of your decision to cancel.

2. Condition of the Item

Items should be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging, where applicable. If the product is not returned in its original condition, a deduction may be made from your refund.

3. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the item.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@paceputt.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

6. Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK law.

By purchasing an item from PACEPUTT™ you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Information: We aim to ensure all product descriptions, prices, and availability details are accurate. However, errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies.
2. Pricing and Payment: Prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment must be made at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateway.
3. Order Processing: Orders are subject to availability. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen issues.
4. Delivery: We aim to deliver within the stated timeframe; however, delays can occur. Delivery charges are specified at checkout.
5. Returns and Refunds: You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
6. Liability: We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.

Q: I’m a high handicapper, is this suited to me?

This product is aimed at all levels of golfer. High handicappers can lose lots of shots on the greens. By using the PACEPUTT™ Startline in practice and learning to start the ball on your intended line at the correct pace it will help to reduce three-Putts which in turn reduces scores and Handicaps.

Q: I’m a professional player, is this just some gimmick like other things on the market?

This is not a Gimmick the PACEPUTT™ Startline has been tested with Professionals and amateurs alike both levels of golfer have seen significant improvements on the greens.

Q: Can I use this on a putting mat?

The Startline can be used on indoor putting matts and on the Practise Green.

Q: How hard is this to actually set up?

PACEPUTT™ Sartline has been designed to be easy to set up and only takes seconds to start using on the putting green or on a putting mat.

Q: How quickly will this make me better at putting?

The feedback when practising with the PACEPUTT™ Startline has shown that improvements to start line are instant. The progressive gate system offers a challenge to all levels of golfer.

Generally not. Please check the details for your specific Country in the PACEPUTT™ store. Any applicable Sales Tax or VAT for the locale will be added along with delivery charges at checkout. We are not responsible for any Country specific Import Duty or Taxes, but will advise customers when possible when import charges are likely.
